We decided to stay in a hotel situated in the hills overlooking a beautiful lake. The location was perfect, providing stunning views of the surrounding area. the Saltz restaurant, located within the hotel, offered a delightful dining experience with a wide variety of tasty options. the hotel provided secure parking for our bus during our stay, ensuring our convenience and peace of mind.

The outdoor pool and spa were perfect for relaxation, and the indoor pool exceeded my expectations in size. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a beautiful escape. The hotel provided excellent service and attention to detail. The staff was very personal and made our stay nice. The suite room was beautifully decorated with rose petals, and we were even given a chocolate cake and bottle of champagne. The spa was clean and offered great relaxation. One of the best aspects was the fine view of the city from the hotel's location on the heights.

The restaurant experience was disappointing. We were not informed in advance that only a set menu was available, and we would have preferred more options.

Upon arriving here, I was greeted by the warm and accommodating staff, who ensured all my luxurious needs were met. the Spa & wellness centre was simply divine, with a range of exclusive amenities, including a Jacuzzi, massage and facial treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was a particular highlight, with stunning views of the surrounding area. the restaurant served a delectable continental breakfast, with a range of special diet menus available upon request. the private facilities were also exceptional, with a sun terrace and garden area providing the perfect place to relax.

The waiting time for room service, which took longer than expected. Apart from that minor issue, it was a fantastic stay, with impeccable service and world-class amenities.

The hotel is like a museum with art everywhere. The new wing is modern, and the rooms reflect this style. The view from the room is magnificent, resembling a castle. The location allows for relaxation away from the city. The staff are amazing, particularly concierge Luca who arranged a special car rental. The spa/pool area is impressive, with attention paid to every detail.
